Compensation:

Phoenix Technologies common stock is offered every six months at 85% of its fair market value. Through payroll deductions you can you can set aside up to 20% of your base salary to purchase Phoenix stock at a discount.

Phoenix Technologies supports a learning environment. Employees are encouraged to participate in onsite training programs that offer both technical and managerial courses. Additionally a tuition reimbursement program is offered for those continuing their education at the college or university level.

Employees are allowed to take 3 hours paid time off per month to volunteer at a community organization. In addition, Phoenix also matches 50% of employee cash contributions to community organizations.
