HyperSpace™ Privacy Policy Supplement
When you use HyperSpace, Phoenix and its service providers may collect information about your usage of HyperSpace and metrics relating to HyperSpace and any other operating system installed on your computer, as well as certain information about your computer (collectively, “User Statistics”), such as:
- the amount of time spent using HyperSpace and the applications within HyperSpace;
- the frequency and duration of your HyperSpace sessions;
- the frequency of switching from the other operating system on your computer to HyperSpace;
- the performance of the other operating system on your computer (including boot-up and resume times) and of HyperSpace; and
- information about your computer’s hardware, such as processor type, memory type and size, and type of graphics and networking card.
How Does Phoenix Use the Information Collected?
When User Statistics are maintained in personally-identifiable form, this data will be treated as PII under the Policy. For example, it may be used for the purposes set forth in Section 3(a) of the Policy and disclosed in the circumstances set forth in Section 4 of the Policy. User Statistics are automatically collected in connection with all trial versions of HyperSpace. However, if you have a subscription for HyperSpace, you may opt out of Phoenix collecting your User Statistics. Please see the “Opt Out” section below.
When the User Statistics maintained as Non-Personally Identifiable Information, such as in aggregate form, this data may be used and shared for any purpose.

Opt-Out. If you have a HyperSpace subscription and you do not want Phoenix to collect your User Statistics, the HyperSpace software will provide you with the option to opt out of such data collection.
