401(k) Savings and Investment Plan:
Phoenix Technologies 401K Savings and Investment Plan outshines the rest. Your retirement savings will multiply quickly with a generous company match. Elect to defer 1% to 16% of your salary before taxes and Phoenix Technologies will provide a company match.  A broad range of investment options provides the opportunity for great investment returns. In addition, loans are available through this plan.

Salaries:
From entry-level on up, Phoenix Technologies salaries are competitive.  We regularly review salary data to insure we can attract and retain top talent.

Stock Purchase:
Phoenix Technologies common stock is offered every six months at 85% of its fair market value. Through payroll deductions you can you can set aside up to 10% of your base salary for our employee stock purchase plan.

Health & Welfare:
Comprehensive medical, vision and dental coverage is available with multiple plans offered. Employees and their families can choose a Preferred Provider, Point of Service Plan or an HMO. Options give employees the ability to choose the plan that best fits their personal needs. Additionally, employees are protected with both short and long term disability plans along with life insurance coverage. An employee assistance program is available to all employees.

Flexible Benefits:
Everyone's situation is unique. So Phoenix Technologies offers FlexBenefits, an innovative program that lets you choose the benefits package that best fits your lifestyle and individual/family needs. Phoenix Technologies automatically provides you with enough FlexDollars to purchase basic benefits, effective on your date of hire. Additionally, you have the option of purchasing additional benefits for eligible family members or buy additional life insurance. Need extra money every month for childcare, senior care, or health care? Electing the Flexible Spending Account can help by paying for these services with pre-tax dollars. Our San Jose site has an onsite gym for your convenience. All sites have a fitness reimbursement program to encourage you to join fitness clubs, and health programs as well as purchase fitness equipment.
