BIOSAgentPlus™ Privacy Policy Supplement

The Phoenix Technologies Ltd. Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that we collect through our Sites and Services, including the BIOSAgentPlus service. In addition, this BIOSAgentPlus Privacy Policy Supplement describes our collection and use of additional types of information through the BIOSAgentPlus service.

Information Collected
When installed, the BIOSAgentPlus software thoroughly scans the user’s computer and collects detailed information (collectively, “Scan Information”) on that computer’s:

• hardware;
• firmware;
• drivers; and
• applications

How Does Phoenix Use the Information Collected?
Scan Information is transmitted to Phoenix. When this Scan Information is maintained in personally-identifiable form, it will be treated as PII under the Policy. For example, it may be used for the purposes set forth in Section 3(a) of the Policy and disclosed in the circumstances set forth in Section 4 of the Policy.
When the Scan Information is maintained as Non-Personally Identifiable Information, such as in aggregate form, it may be used and shared for any purpose.
